ISIS Project Implementation are full turnkey projects that are typically implemented in six weeks and encompass requirements analysis through training.  The project can be implemented behind the customer's firewall or hosted by ISIS.  Hosting has the advantage of requiring no hardware or maintenance.  Whether an in-house or hosted solution, the customer has the choice of selecting the level of independence.

For those customers who choose to be fully independent, ISIS has a broad range of training courses coupled with its Training Assurance™ and Mentoring.  These on-site shoulder-to-shoulder training programs provide practical experience and skills acceleration.  For those customers that choose to use ISIS services to accelerate expansions or supplement new staff there is our Power User Outsourcing that can assist to the customer's desired level.

On occasion there are the advanced projects such as in market optimization or new market/product simulations where ISIS is the best skilled source.  For these efforts we have our Deep Analytics where we often incorporate customer data and a variety of external sources (e.g. economy, industry, financial, etc.) to analyze and run simulations to find opportunities for growth or avoidance of risks.

ISIS services also do not have to include an ISIS project or even have ISIS software.  For example the annual budget is, on average, a three month effort fraught with anxiety and difficulty.  But when it is over are the results attainable and if the result is off course what will it take to make it work?  ISIS Budget Assurance can statistically determine the probability of achieving the budget and where the probability is low identify what is probable or what investments are required to make the budget probable.

90% of software projects surveyed are started by IT who have little knowledge of the user's requirements.  As such, project decisions are based on arcane technical criteria.  ISIS provides Requirements Analysis services to define user requirements to assure decisions are based on ROI to the business and the improvement of processes.  These services are designed to place user needs at the forefront of decision making.

Finally, ISIS partners with the customer in Business Optimization.  Typically in the FP&A area where information demands are high, ISIS assists in better, more timely and lower cost reporting as well as finding "leakage" in the business where revenue can be lost, productivity is low or risks are high.
